• You warrant that by making this booking, you are over the age of 18 and that all information given by you to Bosheuvel Estate is accurate, true and correct.
• Whilst every effort is made to update the information provided on this Website, Bosheuvel Estate accepts no liability for the accuracy and / or completeness of the information provided.
• Bosheuvel Estate accepts no liability for any loss or damage to your computer or interception, or use, of your credit card information, are howsoever caused.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by South African law and the guest submits to the jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of any issue that may arise.
• These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

• Please note that event menus hosted by Bosheuvel are fixed and cannot be altered.
• Right of admission reserved.
• Please note we are not a Halaal-certified establishment.
• No outside beverages permitted.
• Guests are required to bring their own towels for pool use.
• A cash bar will be available.

Fees and Deposits

Applicable for Events and bookings hosted by Bosheuvel Estate

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Cancellations between 8 and 14 days before arrival will forfeit 50% of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full-value voucher valid for 1 month from the date of cancellation.
